Be inspired by springtime on this creative workshop. You will be hosted by Stacey Gledhill, a talented and experienced local artist who will guide you with step-by-step technical instructions as she leads you through the process. Watch a live demonstration with Stacey and then paint at your own pace to create a 40 x 50cm canvas that is a celebrations of food, fresh produce and springtime.
The 2 hour workshop will be a relaxed setting, with a glass of wine on arrival. The Art of Still Life Painting Workshop is suitable for all experience levels.
Enjoy delicious seasonal sourdough pizzas prepared by our chefs from our converted horsebox.
All materials and equipment will be provided, and you will be given your canvas to inspire you to continue your practice.
Stacey Gledhill is a painter based in Oxford, UK. She uses oil and brush on canvas, linen, paper and wood to create paintings of landscape, light, people, and moments of reflection and solitude in nature. In 2024, Gledhill was Artist in Residence at Worton Kitchen Garden, Oxfordshire. Since 2021 she has been a visiting painting tutor at Balliol College, Oxford University, where she guides students from diverse academic backgrounds in mastering the craft of oil painting.
