The Barn
Comfortably seating up to 30 people, The Barn has its own team of dedicated staff. Whatever the occasion, the self-contained space is perfectly suited for celebratory dinners, weddings, away days and gatherings.
The Barn is a private dining room designed with gatherings in mind, serving abundant platters from the open wood-fired grill.
Spacious and versatile, the converted barn opens out onto a private terrace overlooking our orchard garden.

FOOD
A striking wood-fired grill forms the centrepiece of The Barn.
Our feasting menus celebrate cooking over fire with ingredient-led dishes that showcase the flavours of seasonal produce. Ingredients come from local suppliers and growers as well as from our sister farm at Daylesford Organic.
Combining comfort with exceptional attention to detail, each room is different, drawing inspiration from the neighbouring ancient woodland. Twelve bedrooms sit above the pub and The Barn, including a two-bedroom family room.
As the name suggests, some of our smaller rooms are perfect for couples, offering a cosy atmosphere. Each room combines excellent mattresses, sumptuous bed linen and cloudlike pillows.
Filled with natural light, our Roomy Doubles are a combination of antique pieces sourced from around the world, bespoke and antique furniture reupholstered with vintage fabrics and the most comfortable super king size beds.
Our largest rooms are located in the oldest part of the 17th century pub, either overlooking Church Street or nestled in the eves. Each characterful room retains many of its original features. Super king size beds provide the utmost comfort.
Our family room is spacious with a super king size bed and twin single four-poster beds with playful gingham checks in a second connecting bedroom, perfect for exploring the Cotswold countryside.

You’re invited 🔔 Join our 1st birthday celebrations at The Bell on Friday 18th October with live music, proper pub food, pints and cocktails. All are welcome, here’s what to expect on the night…
Our party in the pub will kick off with live music from our favourite folk duo, Ceili Max at 6pm.
It wouldn’t be a celebration without a few specials for one night only, including pints of Hawkstone beer for £2.50 and tequila cocktails.
Head chef Nik and the team will be serving mini fish & chips, steak & ale and seasonal vegetable pies and bangers & mash.
Tables and chairs will be pushed to one side for a knees up with local DJ Alistair from 8.30pm.
No need to book, the more the merrier.

Garden update 🔔
Set in an apple orchard, our garden has played host to families and friends enjoying frozen cocktails and seasonal sourdough pizzas. Beautifully framed by wildflowers with a stream running through it and our teepees to provide shade - and shelter - through the ever changing British weather.
Our garden bar and pizza oven are now taking a well earned break during the colder months but will return with the warmer weather. In the meantime, we invite you to draw together in our pub for the upcoming cosy months.
