A striking wood-fired grill forms the centrepiece of our open-plan dining room. Available on Sundays, the feasting menu celebrates cooking over fire with ingredient-led dishes that showcase the flavours of seasonal produce.
Abundant platters of seasonal produce can be enjoyed inside or al fresco during warmer months. Ingredients come from local suppliers and growers as well as from our sister farm at Daylesford Organic.
